Who We Are
We are a planned condominium community in Brooklyn, NY built in 1989, and located on 14.3 acres alongside the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, a part of the National Parks of New York Harbor.
Our goals are to be respectful of our community, our environment, and ourselves.
Although a mere 14 miles from lower Manhattan where we can enjoy the excitement of the city, we can return home to a peaceful sanctuary known as the "Greenest Block in Brooklyn".
